collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the GS Mobile
mobile application and related web services (the "Service"). The software is operated on our behalf by
Depom Ltd (operating under the EgeoLabs brand) as our data processor.
Summary: The Service is a business tool for our staff, field representatives, dealers
and customers. We collect only the data needed to operate accounts, process orders/requests, and deliver
notifications. We do not sell your data.
Roles of the parties
Data Controller: GS Barber Supplies Ltd — the business that uses the
Service and decides why and how personal data is processed.
Data Processor & software provider: Depom Ltd — develops, hosts and operates
the Service on the Controller's behalf, under its EgeoLabs software brand.
("EgeoLabs" is a trading brand of Depom Ltd, not a separate legal entity.)
App publisher: The application is published on the Apple App Store and Google Play
by Depom Ltd.
1. Who can use the Service
This is a business application intended for authorised users (company staff, field sales representatives,
dealers, and customers) who sign in with credentials provided to them. It is not directed at children.
2. Information we collect
Account information — name, username, email, phone number, role, and company details
you or your administrator provide.
Business records — orders, requests, invoices, payments, customer and product data
created while using the Service.
Device & notification token — a push-notification identifier so we can send you
alerts (e.g. a new customer request).
Camera — used only when you scan a QR code or barcode. Images are processed
on the device and are not stored or uploaded.
Location (field representatives only) — approximate/precise location may be used to
record visits when you explicitly start a visit. It is not tracked in the background.
Technical data — basic logs (e.g. login time, device/app version) for security and
troubleshooting.
3. How we use your information
To provide and operate the Service (accounts, orders, requests, invoicing, reporting).
To send operational notifications you have enabled (e.g. new requests, task assignments).
To secure the Service, prevent misuse, and provide support.
To comply with legal and accounting obligations.
4. Permissions we request
Notifications — to deliver operational alerts. You can disable these in your device settings.
Camera — to scan QR/barcodes. Only used when you open the scanner.
Location — only for field representatives, only when starting a visit.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) Depom Ltd (operating under the EgeoLabs brand) as our
software/hosting provider, under a data-processing agreement; and (b) where required by law. Payment, shipping
or integration partners receive only the minimum data needed to perform their function.
6. Data retention
We keep business records for as long as your account is active and as required by UK accounting/legal rules.
You may request deletion of your personal data subject to those obligations.
7. Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and role-based permissions to
protect your data. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard it.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to

9. Children
The Service is not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect data from, anyone under 16.
